Summer has started!

It was scorching hot yesterday. When I moved even a little, I sweated.
The sun glared down on us. So when I went out, I used my parasol to avoid ultraviolet rays.
I am more active in summer. I like summer because it is better for outdoor activities.
I am planning to go to Shimane to swim this summer vacation.
I want to heap sand to make a sandcastle and play beach volleyball!
And I want to get a good suntan this summer:)

Rainy season

It is the rainy season. Yesterday, we have had a long spell of rain.
It was absolutely pouring down.
 I was scared when I heard a few rumbles of thunder after the flash of lightning.

Everything seems to be damp. So I really hate the sticky summer.
I miss the bright sunshine!
